Services Include:
Custom Built Media Wall Unit Installment
Complete built in Media Wall Unit installation. All materials included. Installers held responsible for complete framing of built in wall unit, installment of preferred wall finish(Shiplap, Draywall, or Tile/Stone) and trim panels. Also, installers responsible for remaining touch-ups(paint, caulking, cleanup), installment of fireplace insertion, mounting tv mount and mounting (size”) TV.
The COMFY start
The first part of your build is identifying your type of wall and what‘s inside the wall. In order to receive that information, we’ll schedule a free in person consultation at your home address provided. During this meet, we also gather all the required measurements needed to build your custom fireplace wall unit. Together we’ll determine what size wall unit, fireplace and TV fits best in your home. A proposal will be provided.
Material Delivery Day
Upon approval of the proposal signed and dated by customer, once full deposit amount has been received a scheduled material delivery date will be set. The scheduled date will be the day we drop off all materials and pre preparations required to complete the requested build. Delivery date will be set a few days in advance of the agreed start date on quote provided.
Design Frame Out
Once we get started on the start date agreed upon, the first 1-2 days we will be constructing the complete framing of your custom built media wall unit. During this process we’ll also be framing out a custom fit niche for your preferred size fireplace insertion. This entire process is very important because it ensures the longevity and lifespan of your media wall unit.
Layout Design Preparation
In this process we tackle all the necessary requirements needed to complete Layout Design Preparation. We also knock out any requested features/add ons before continuing. Once completed, we check with our home owner for preferred TV height aligned in the center of built in fireplace wall unit.
Layout Finish & Final Details
The final step is installing the home owners preferred wall type finish(Shiplap, Drywall, Stone/Tile). We make sure we carefully install our finishing material keeping level for an amazing finish. After applying all the required material, we take care of any touch ups and final details needed.
The COZY Finsh
Last step is leaving our customer with a complete COZY Fireplace & TV Wall Unit! We throughly check and revise with our home owner that the build is to their own personal liking and standards. Final invoice will be due upon completion date and a one year workmanship warranty with terms and conditions will be provided. Now it’s time to enjoy your newly built feature you’ve adds to your beautiful home!
